SHARE NOW, Europe's market leader and pioneer in free-floating car-sharing, is undergoing a change in its leadership as Olivier Reppert, the current CEO, is stepping down for personal reasons after nearly seven years with the company. Brigitte Courtehoux, Free2move CEO, will take over responsibility for SHARE NOW, effective August 1, 2023. This leadership transition follows Free2move's acquisition of SHARE NOW last year.
During Olivier Reppert’s tenure, SHARE NOW achieved several milestones and solidified its position as a leading car-sharing provider throughout Europe. Under his leadership, SHARE NOW was able to significantly improve profitability and operational efficiency while maintaining its position as market leader in free-floating car-sharing. Today, SHARE NOW is offering its services in 17 cities across 8 countries.
On top of that, he helped facilitate the company's growth by leading the successful merger with Free2move, supporting the preparation of Free2move and SHARE NOW's Next Step Strategy in recent months.
Brigitte Courtehoux, Free2move CEO, said: “We thank Olivier for his support in enhancing SHARE NOW's profitability and his significant contributions to the company's growth. We wish him the very best in his future endeavors."
Olivier Reppert, departing SHARE NOW CEO, said: "After an incredible journey with SHARE NOW, I have made the difficult decision to step down as CEO. It has been a privilege to work with such a dedicated team and witness the transformation of the company over the past year. I am proud of the milestones we achieved together and want to extend my gratitude to every member of the team for their support and commitment."
SHARE NOW assures its customers that the leadership transition will be conducted seamlessly, and the company will maintain its commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs.
