When ending your trip in a station-based city such as Münster, you must always return the car to the same Home Station you picked it up from.

Important: To end your trip at station-based cities, your car must have a fuel level above 25%. This also applies to plug-in hybrid vechicles (PHEVs). Fully electric cars (EVs) do not have a required minimum battery level but must be plugged into the charging station in order to end your trip.

*In some SHARE NOW cities, we operate station-based car-sharing where cars do not "free-float" but are rented from fixed stations.

You may need to refuel or charge our cars at the end of your trip. However, the cost of fuelling and charging is always covered by us.

Combustion engine cars and hybrids: To end your trip at station-based locations, your car must have a fuel level above 25%. We recommend locating a partner fuel station and in the app and fill up before before returning to the car's Home Station. It's free!

Fully electric cars: To end your trip at station-based locations, you need to plug in your electric car before ending your trip via the app. There is no minimum battery level required to end your trip.

Plans can change, we get that. However, in order to ensure our fleet can meet the needs of our car-sharing community, we do have to charge fees when late changes occur, such as no-show fee, late return fee or late cancellation fee.

The Home Station is both the pick-up and drop-off point for your car when using station-based car-sharing. Each car in a station-based city fleet is assigned one station as its 'home'.

You can rent SHARE NOW cars from any Home Station, but you must always return the car to the same Home Station from which you picked it up.

A no-show fee applies if you do not pick up your car and start your trip without notifying us.

A late return fee applies if you return your car to the Home Station after the time stated in your booking.

A late cancellation fee applies if you choose to cancel your trip less than 24 hours before it starts.

A low on fuel fee applies if you return your car with a fuel level below 25%. This fee applies to station-based car-sharing only.

When taking trips with station-based car-sharing, you must return to the car to its Home Station at the end of your drive. This means it is not possible to start your trip with station-based car-sharing and end it at the airport.

Airport pick-ups and drop-offs are only possible with free-floating car-sharing.
