Supernova Exhibitions
The permanent exhibition 'The Living Universe' is not only fascinating but also educational. On an area of 2,200 square metres, you can find out about life in our universe down to the smallest detail. You decide how deeply you want to delve into space. The planetarium also offers 45-minute guided tours of the exhibition, during which an expert astronomer will show you all the highlights. You should definitely take the opportunity to ask questions.
For excursions with children, a guided tour through the building of the European Southern Observatory, which is located right next to the Munich Planetarium and is normally not open to the public, is particularly suitable.
