2. Hop in when it arrives
When the day comes, the car will be delivered to your requested pick-up spot. Just hop in with your luggage and loved ones — and go. Long-term car rentals have never been easier.
3. Drop it off anywhere
Travel freely, even outside the Home Area, for a maximum of 30 days¹. When the time is up, park your vehicle in the Home Area and you' re done - no need to refuel or return it to a rental office!

Disinfected interiors
For your safety, our car interiors are regularly disinfected.
Transparent pricing
You only pay one low flat rate and then 0,19 € per kilometer. Fuel is included in the price!
Fuss-free returns
No need to return the car when you're done – just drop it off on any street in the Madrid Home Area.
Free cancellation
You can cancel your pre-booking for free until 3 hours before pick-up time – directly in the app! In case you cancel too late, a late cancellation fee will apply.
Free charging
You can recharge your car at one of our charging hubs in Madrid. The charging hubs are marked on the map of the app with a plug symbol.
Free street parking
Park for free within the Home Area. Learn more about Madrid parking rules.
Full insurance coverage
In case of damages, your deductible is 1,000 € (250 € with Plus Coverage) - no extra charge.

Useful tips
When you're on the road
Leaving the Home Area
During your long-term rental, you can drive freely outside the Home Area. Just make sure that you bring the car back to the Home Area to end your trip.
Making stopovers
When you're not driving, lock up the car and start a stopover in the app. When you're ready to drive again, simply unlock the car and continue trip in the app.
Charging & fuelling
You can only charge our cars within Madrid. In addition to recharging, you can refuel the BMW X1 Hybrid at partner stations and pay with the refuelling card inside the car. Find the nearest Cepsa petrol stations and charging hubs in the app.
Returning the car
When you're done, there's no need to refuel the car or return it to a car rental office. Just park the car on any street in the Home Area — and go home and relax!
